Consent is specific to each channel (e.g., SMS, voice, email, chat) and is never a condition of purchase or service. Consent is captured via unchecked checkboxes or other clear, affirmative actions accompanied by disclosure text that: (a) identifies Vortex Martial Arts as the sender; (b) explains that messages may use automated or AI technology and/or an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice; (c) states that consent is not a condition of purchase; (d) explains message frequency and that message/data rates may apply; and (e) explains how to opt out.
